Dealt with the fact that you’re gone

Actually happy with the fact that you’re gone

But the fact is I can’t deal with these memories

They’re making me go crazy

Remembering all the times that we had

All the times that we’ll never get back

Memories that once belonged to us

That are now shared with someone else

All these memories we had

Makes me so sad

How could something so good

Make you feel so bad?

I sit and wonder he’s doing

Cause at this time we would be doing

Anything from watching movies

Cooking dinner, Pillow Talk, Romantic Rendezvouses

Memories of such nice places

Such memories make these awful places

Why don’t these memories just die already

So I don’t have to hate no more

All these memories we had

Makes me so sad

How could something so good

Make you feel so sad

Wanna erase all these memories

Wake up and forget about you

Forget that I ever met you

But it’s not that easy

I wish it was that easy

The more I hold on these memories

Leaves more hold you’ll have on me

So I’m learning to let go

Before these memories ruin me

All these memories we had

Makes me so sad

How could something so good

Make you feel so sad

But they are just memories

When left behind leaves room for better memories
